Full refund if cancelled 5 days before 3:00 PM on the booked date. 50 % refund of each night except the first if cancelled before 3:00 PM on the booked date. No refund for the first night or the service fee.
Pets are welcome with prior verification and a ₡10 000 CRC fee.
